What are some things that make your heart happy? What sparks joy in you? What brings value into your life?
These are some questions I have been asking myself lately as I try to find what I am truly passionate about. We all have had our moments of feeling down and depression, wondering if what we are currently doing with our lives is really what we love to do, or if we’re just simply used to it, or doing it for others.
But you have to ask yourself, how do you want to live your life? What are some things that you love doing and could do for the rest of your life? Do you spend too much time doing things you don’t want to do with people you don’t like?
Stop pretending to like things that you don’t, this will help you to have more time, energy and money for the things that you actually enjoy. Stop trying to do things to make others happy, stop trying to be someone you’re not to make them like you. You deserve to feel free to be yourself and live your best life.
Here are just a few of the things that bring value to my life, things that I find to be valuable. And you’ll continue to discover more things as you continue to learn more about yourself.
